Complaint processing period:
Dear customer,
Please note that we will respond to the complaint within a maximum of (10) working days from the date of receipt of the complaint, unless the nature of the complaint requires a longer period, and in all cases the time period for responding to the complaint will not exceed (30) working days from the date of submitting the complaint, and you will be notified of this.

If you are not satisfied with the response to the complaint, you can resort to the Central Bank of Jordan or the judiciary, noting that you can contact the Central Bank of Jordan through the following means:
