Dear Customer,
Please be informed that we will respond to the complaint within ten (10) business days from the date of receiving the complaint, unless the nature of the complaint requires a longer period.
In such a case, you will be informed accordingly, along with all necessary justifications and the actions taken. Kindly note that the maximum time to respond to a complaint is thirty (30) business days from the date of receipt, and you will be notified accordingly.
